Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

New Zealand

Otherwise shipping cost is $10NZD

Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 working days for the North Island and 2-7 working days for the South Island once dispatched.

Australia

Shipping cost is $20NZD

Please allow 10-15 working days for Delivery once dispatched

International

Unfortunately, At this time, we do not ship to anywhere outside of New Zealand and Australia.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately we no longer ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Giddy Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
